Bunbury Chapter - WW Caretaker Beck

Bunbury Chapter currently meets in the Starlight Studio, upstairs in the New Lyric Theatre on Bourke Street, Bunbury. Gatherings are held on Tuesday evenings (6:30-8:30 pm) once a month.

The WW Caretaker for the Bunbury Chapter of Welcoming Women is Rebecca Tichbon, who goes by the name of Beck. Beck is also the Founder of the Welcoming Women business.

Beck is the mother to a daughter, two sons and two Angel daughters. She is also Step-Mum to a daughter and a son. Beck is a busy lady, owning an aromatherapy business as well as being a University Science Lecturer. She enjoys cooking, music and dance, and craft activities.

Owning, operating and being a Caretaker for a Chapter of Welcoming Women is important to her, as it gives back to the women in the community, plus it provides her with her own chance for meeting with other women and experiencing Welcoming Women gatherings – her own bit of ‘down time’!

Beck is a qualified Aromatherapist and a wellness consultant. She brings with her a wealth of knowledge in health as a Medical Scientist. Beck also has a decade of experience as an adult educator and has great ability in facilitation.

Beck calls herself ‘a survivor – not a victim’. Her personal experience of several traumatic events throughout her life journey has seen her develop skills in resilience that she is willing to share.

These combined skills and knowledge lead Beck to be a perfect choice for a WW Caretaker.
